Your privacy is important to us. Hypersonic Media Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) has created this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect when you visit https://triviadraws.com (the “Site”), why we collect it, how we use and disclose it, and what choices you have. The terms “You,” “Your,” and “User” refer to the person using our Site.

1. Information We Collect From You

We collect information you provide directly to us. This information is necessary to provide our services, administer promotions, and comply with our legal obligations.
  • Account Registration. When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and password. You may optionally provide additional profile information such as a username and profile image.
  • Social Login. If you register or sign in using Facebook or Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from that provider, subject to your privacy settings there.
  • Contact and Support. When you contact us, we collect the content of your message and any information you include.
  • Sweepstakes and Promotions. Participating in certain sweepstakes or prize promotions may require us to collect additional information such as your mailing address, country, and province or state to determine eligibility, verify your identity as a potential winner, and deliver prizes.

2. Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Site, we and our third-party partners automatically collect certain technical information about your device and usage.
  • Log Data and Device Information. We collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, and date/time of access.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We use Google Analytics 4 to collect pseudonymous, event-level information about how visitors use the Site, such as pages visited, session duration, and general geographic area. GA4 tracks individual sessions using cookie identifiers but does not associate them with your name or email address. GA4 uses cookies to distinguish visitors. Data is processed by Google LLC. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details. To opt out, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Note: GA4 currently loads on all pages regardless of CMP choices; the GA4 opt-out add-on is the most reliable way to prevent this collection.
  • Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel (ID: 2596414907312605) provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel fires on every page and collects information about your visit for advertising measurement, campaign attribution, audience creation, and ad delivery on Facebook, Instagram, and Meta’s advertising network. Meta Advanced Matching, which can transmit a hashed email address to improve ad measurement, is not currently active. Note: the Meta Pixel currently loads on all pages regardless of CMP choices; to manage how Meta personalizes advertising to you, use your Facebook Ad Settings. Meta’s data practices are described in Meta’s Privacy Policy.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to recognize your browser, maintain your session, and enable analytics and advertising features. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. Profile Images

Registered users may voluntarily upload a profile image through their account settings.
  • The image is collected and stored by Trivia Draws.
  • The image is displayed publicly as part of your profile on the Site.
  • You may replace or remove your profile image through your account settings at any time.
  • After removal, copies may temporarily remain in backups, caches, logs, or other operational systems as reasonably necessary for security, legal, continuity, or audit purposes before permanent deletion.
  • Profile images are not used for facial recognition, biometric identification, or AI model training.
We treat profile images as user-provided personal information. Displaying a profile image publicly on the Site does not constitute making it freely available for all purposes; it means other users of the Site can see it while using the Site.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:
  • Create and manage your account
  • Administer sweepstakes and promotions, including determining eligibility, contacting potential winners, and delivering prizes
  • Send transactional emails (such as registration confirmations and winner notifications) and, where you have opted in, promotional communications
  • Analyze Site traffic and user behavior to improve the Site
  • Deliver and measure advertising on and off the Site
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use

5. Service Providers and Data Disclosure

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do disclose certain information to analytics, advertising, and identity partners as described in this Privacy Policy and to service providers who help us operate the Site. Key recipients include:
  • Google LLC. We use Google Analytics 4. Information about your visit, including cookie identifiers, is transmitted to and stored by Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. We use the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and audience targeting. Visit data is transmitted to Meta. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
  • Freestar (Publisher First, Inc.) and advertising partners. The Site uses Freestar for advertising. Freestar and its participating advertising and identity partners receive data such as cookie identifiers and IP addresses to serve targeted advertisements and measure ad performance.   • Amazon Web Services (AWS). We use AWS Simple Email Service for email delivery.
  • Microsoft Azure. We use Microsoft Azure for cloud hosting and database infrastructure.
  • Other service providers. We may engage other vendors to help operate the Site. These providers are contractually restricted from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
  • Business transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • Prize administration. If you win a sweepstakes, we may publish your name and state or province of residence as required by applicable law or the applicable Sweepstakes Rules.

6. Privacy Controls

Depending on your location, a privacy-choice control may appear in the Site footer. For US visitors this control is labeled “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”; for EEA visitors it is labeled “Privacy Preferences.” Selecting it opens a privacy manager where you can review and adjust your choices for participating vendors.
The privacy manager is operated by Sourcepoint (our consent management platform) and communicates your choices to participating vendors using the IAB consent framework. Note that certain independently installed technologies (including Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel) currently load on the Site regardless of privacy manager choices. For those technologies, use the opt-out mechanisms described in our Cookie Policy or each provider’s settings.

7. Canadian Users

Canadian residents may use Trivia Draws. We may collect information such as country, province, mailing address, and other information necessary to determine promotion eligibility, verify potential winners, contact winners, administer promotions, and deliver prizes. Detailed prize-eligibility requirements for Canadian residents, including any skill-testing-question requirements and geographic restrictions, are stated in the applicable Official Sweepstakes Rules.

8. Children Under 18

The Site is intended for persons 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that we have received information from a person under 18, we will promptly delete it. Contact us at info@triviadraws.com if you believe we may have information about a minor.

9. Sensitive Information

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information (such as political opinions, religious beliefs, racial or ethnic origin, health data, or biometric data) for ordinary account creation or Site use, and we ask users not to submit such information through the Site.
Users may voluntarily upload profile photographs. A photograph may incidentally reveal characteristics that may be treated as sensitive under some privacy laws, such as race or ethnicity, religion, disability, or health-related information. We do not use profile images for facial recognition, biometric identification, or similar profiling. If you submit sensitive information, we will handle it with appropriate care and in accordance with applicable law.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. This Policy does not apply to them.

11. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as otherwise necessary to provide our services, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it for longer.
You may update your account information at any time through your account settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email info@triviadraws.com.
If you interact with Trivia Draws through Facebook or Messenger, we may receive and retain identifiers and interaction information necessary to provide the requested experience, such as Facebook or Messenger identifiers, comment or message identifiers, trivia responses, scores, and related activity. This may apply even if you do not create a Trivia Draws account. You may request deletion of information associated with these interactions by emailing info@triviadraws.com with “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line.

12. Security

We implement reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain types of processing. To submit a privacy request, email info@triviadraws.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity and respond as required by applicable law.
For behavioral advertising choices, the most effective mechanism is the privacy manager in the Site footer, the provider-specific opt-out tools described in our Cookie Policy, or your browser settings — not an email request to us.

14. Application of This Policy

This Policy applies only to the services offered by Hypersonic Media Inc. through the Site. It does not apply to third-party websites or services linked from the Site.

15. Amendments

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also provide additional notice, such as an email notification to registered users.
